I Love DS Day

Here's how you can get involved:

• Dragon Wear: Purchase Dragon Wear and limited edition I Love Duke School Day apparel HERE. Will be available this week!
• Day of Giving: Mark your calendars and join us in bolstering the magic of DS by contributing to the Dragon Fund. You can also make gifts in honor of someone dear to you, be it a student, friend, teacher, or family member.
• Employee Matching Gifts: Find out if your employer matches your charitable contributions today by clicking here
• Carline Coffee: Parents and caregivers are invited to join us for carline coffee, tea, and treats on Friday, February 13th, from 8 am to 9:30 am in front of the Middle School Gym.

Spirit Week (Feb. 9-13, 2026) - NOTE Changes (due to recent snow weather)

• ✅ Monday, Feb. 9th: Favorite Shirt Day & Spirit Week Kick Off: Chalk your Love* (8:30 am, 12 pm, and 2:30 pm). 
• ✅ Tuesday, Feb. 10th: Cozy/PJ Day (note the date change)
• ✅ Wednesday, Feb 11th: Favorite Sports Team Day (colors or branded apparel) & Stranger Things Trivia Night (6-8 pm in the Center for IDEAS - CI). Register today!
• ✅ Thursday, Feb 12th: Wild Sock Day, MS Students v. Staff basketball game (2 pm, MS Gym) & Spirit Night at Eastcut Sandwich Bar (DS receives 15% of proceeds), 5-8 pm. 
• ✅ Friday, Feb 13th: School Spirit Day (DS Apparel or colors), I Love DS Day (Giving Day - all day); Carline Coffee & Treats 8-9:30 am (MS Gym); 100th Day Kindergarten Parade at 2:15 pm, LS Parking lot (note the date change due to weather). 

*Parents/Caregivers are invited to grab sidewalk chalk and draw or write what they love about Duke School. It is a simple and joyful way to brighten our campus and showcase our school pride. Chalk and instructions will be available throughout the day, with staff present at 8:30, noon, and 2:30. Chalk stations will be located outside near the Preschool (Bldg. E), Building B, and the Center (CI).
