Big Fun Camp

Duke School values professional development for our faculty as well as the time to prepare and hold parent/teacher conferences. As a result, there are several days during the school year where students do not attend class. Duke School offers a Big Fun Camp to give parents a reliable and safe option for childcare on those days.

Big Fun Camps are only available to enrolled students. There are two camps - one for preschool students and one for K-8 students. Students spend the day in a variety of activities including small and large group settings. Activities may include sports, baking, Legos, art, outside time and other craft activities.

Big Fun Camps run from 8 AM to 6 PM (PS till 5:30 PM).

Registration

Registrations are available a month prior to each camp and are announced through the school's Spark eNewsletter. Registration is first-come, first-serve—as space is limited to 50 students. A waitlist is available once camps are full. Big Fun Camp registration fees are non-refundable. Additionally, there are no make-up classes for Big Fun Camp—this includes cancellations due to inclement weather, family and/or school conflicts.
