After School

• Prime Time is the new extension of Duke School's Middle School student’s day.
• Featuring a variety of offerings which students can choose from after the official school day ends (3:30-6 PM)
• Available to all Middle School students and will include daily snack prior to heading off to activities for the afternoon. 

Anytime! At 6 PM each day, we will do carline in front of the Middle School but you are welcome to come to the MS office and our staff will help you sign out your child at any time before 5:50 PM.

No. Prime Time is included in tuition and is open to all DS Middle School students!

All students will be assigned a Prime Time advisor who will help them pick their activities each day. Some activities require advance sign up and have a set roster so students attend these classes for seven or more weeks (listed in RED). Other activities are drop in and students may change selections each day (listed in BLACK).

Code REV, REI, Model UN, Makers, and Odyssey of the Mind all require sign up in advance. Students are welcome to try the activities on the first day and make a decision after the trial period. Students will sign up for these classes with their Prime Time advisor.

Prime Time activities will change every 7 weeks.

They’re included as well! These students sign up for their activity (sports, music, drama) in advance and are welcome to participate in the other Prime Time activities when they don’t have practice/rehearsal.

Of course! Students participating in sports, drama, and music are welcome to participate in more than one activity as long as it does not interfere with their practice/rehearsal time.

• There is not an-opt out option.
• All Duke School Middle School families have the option to take advantage of the services and classes offered, but are not obligated to do so. 

Prime Time instructors will be reputable outside vendors, teachers, and experts in the subject matter of programming (ie. Yoga, robotics, finance).

Programming will be open to Duke School students only.
