We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our senior administration team as the Director of Equity and Justice. The Director of Equity and Justice will be primarily responsible for ensuring that Duke School, as envisioned by its strategic plan, is a model of equity and justice for all of its stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of establishing, implementing, and communicating a vision and strategic plan associated with diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, and expertise in leading relevant professional development. In addition, this individual will possess strong relational, interpersonal and communication skills.
